Speaker Requirements
Speakers must have an approved CE course. National CE courses are preferred, but courses approved in multiple states will also be considered. Speakers must provide a sign-in sheet for their course at the Summit, and will be expected to submit this paperwork to the appropriate CE provider after the event. Proposals should be submitted by March 15, 2010 using the online form below. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
